We offer monthly Yoga courses and drop-in classes,Tantra workshops, meditation retreats, and specialize in Teacher Trainings. We also have an Ayurvedic & Holistic Healing Center. This school is fantastic, very well organized and based on the roots of yoga, it was an unique opportunity to be initiated into the tradition by a swami and excellent teachers.
