The trek path a little steep but worth an effort since the views are stunningly beautiful. A perfect trail for a weekend trek

A beautiful, but long hike with mostly down and therefore mostly up on the way back! Only for experienced hikers. Beautiful forest with great views. Never go in the monsoon as this forest is full of leeches! Not for people with fear of height! Not allowed to enter this area without Forest Office permission!

It was the nice place for the trekkers to walk through down to this place. You have go to poombarai and then travel down to this place. Nice experience. There was beautiful pine trees on the way which is very scenic. My son enjoyed a lot while travelling to the place.

You need to travel till Pombarai and then walk down to this place. There are beaultiful plantations and pine forests on the way. There is a rest house also in the kukkal forest and caves are near to it. the valley view from here is great. But we aware of the leeches..

Could actually never find this place! 1 point/ star is just because I couldn't visit this place. So make sure that you take proper directions from a local person or take a guide with you.
