Perfect place if you are looking for peace. One must visit once in their life. Specially either during early morning or in evening. So beautiful place , everything is so beautifully done. You can go with family or friends.

a must try langar food which consist of only 3 things dal, kheer and roti for all 365 days and 24 x7. Also rightly called the food of the god.

Try to Visit in early hours of morning to skip large line of people, your Visit to Amritsar will not be complete unless you visit this Temple.

Holy divine place to visit and have a very nice feeling. Must must visit while in Amritsar. Do visit in night to get real beauty feel with all lights on.

Visited Harmandir Sahib many times. Whenever I'll visit Amritsar my first thing is to do to visit Harmandir Sahib. Try to go early in the morning.

If you can make reservations ahead of time, you can get a room no matter what time you arrive. I was with a large group and we arrived past midnight and were able to get our rooms since we had reservations.
