Visit to Amritsar

Very peaceful, clean & neat complex. Visited on 31st Dec. There was no line and got a very beautiful darshan.

It is a joy walking through the Sikh temple; part of a throng of men, women and children. Males wearing turbans or simple orange head scarves that you can pick up on site. The sounds of amplified reading of their holy books waft through the air. The visual of the moat and Gold Temple in the center of the complex... More

Its a peaceful and nice place to visit with family. Its is somewhat copy of harmindar Sahib but its not a place to miss. Cleanliness is a matter of concern here.

Its a calm place with few temples around and copy of Golden temple. But one shall not miss visiting it.

Cleanliness is an issue at this temple ,once you visit golden temple .. you might find that even though temple has historic value it is not maintained well

This is a beautiful temple in a middle of a pond. The holy of holy Sikhs's temple. 200000 people visit the temple on an average day. The temple is free, no need to pay anybody to go see it, just a guide if you want to hear its history. Go early in the morning, as the day advances it becomes... More

Similar structure as of Golden Temple, an old Hanuman temple lies nearby with a banyan tree being claimed as the same tree to which Lav Kush tied Hanumanji. Not much crowd or jostling here as in normal temples, do visit if have time.

Very similar to Golden temple but less famous in comparison. Dedicated to hinduism. Nice place to visit.

One of the Top Attraction in Amritsar, its design some what similar to Golden temple but this religious shrine is majorly for people following Hindu Religion,
