A thoroughly enjoyable experience. Prarit, our guide for the morning was very friendly and knowledgeable about the city and took us down the small narrow streets so that we could appreciate the skills of local crafts people - from jewellery to wood carving. We also tasted some street food. We walked past the Golden Temple, the Partition Museum and went into the Jallianwala Bagh where Prarit explained its history. I would definitely recommend this tour to visitors to the city- you get to see areas which perhaps you might not, without a guide.

I enjoyed the tour, Hardik gave a good snippet history on the massacre in 1919, the Golden Temple and the rise of Sikhism. We visited the Langar (community kitchen) and Jallianwala Bagh- memorial that marks Amritsar massacre in 1919. Helpful having a guide as would be a bit tricky navigating on your own.

We had a wonderful experience touring the Golden Temple in Amritsar with Walk and Explore. Parit was an excellent tour guide. He showed us where the Jallianwala Bagh massacre occurred. And how the langar is prepared. It was an amazing experience. He was very knowledge and answered all questions and queries.

A highly recommended tour with a star of a guide. The tour took in places we would never have imagined we could have access to especially down the hidden passages and lanes of Amritsar -a memorable experience. The guide was knowledgeable and spoke great English, making the experience really enjoyable.

This was our first visit to Amritsar. We had a wonderful heritage walking tour experience with Hardik. He is a very knowledgeable tour guide. Hardik explained the historical and cultural background of the various sites and areas in a very easy to understand manner. The walk through the old heritage streets was remarkable and offered many photo opportunities. Hardik was also very helpful in offering guidance during our walk to various points of interest from a photographic perspective.
All in all we had a very memorable and excellent heritage walk with Hardik. We would definitely recommend a heritage walking tour with him.

Had a wonderful heritage tour with Hardik around Amritsar. I especially appreciated that he communicated well and easily, had a lot of knowledge of the area, its history and culture. He even taught me something that I had previously understood wrongly which I very much appreciated. Mostly he is just easy going guy and gave me tons of useful tips for my onward travels. I can definitely recommend a tour with him!

Very professional and knowledgeable about the city. I wouldn’t have known few of places in the city existed, if not because of this tour. A must take if you want to truly explore like local.
