This is an old Shiva temple on the bank of Godavari River. The temple is very old and you can see trees coming out from the walls of this temple.

Though now mostly in ruins due to poor upkeep, this temple has a very history related to the huge bell at it's front. The main temple architecture is beautiful and seems ancient.

This temple is located on the banks at Ramkund. This temple is about 5-7 minutes walk from kapileshwara temple,Ramkund.

The bell at this temple is very famous and is seen at the from outside also(It is exactly at the entrance). The temple is not kept well. Authorities must ensure that places which are having religious and historical importance are kept well.

An OK temple to visit while at Ramkund.

This is a hidden Gem - Historical Shiva temple which has roots in various sacred texts, You will find a lot of crowd on Shiv Ratri and other festivals. Otherwise its decently crowded. Definitely worth Visiting if you are in Nasik.

truly great architecture neglected by the current generation, but still, you can visit this amazing temple on the bank of river Godavari at Panchavati Nasik. if you visit this temple don't forget to watch Ghanta (Bell) on top of river side gate. there is very interesting history is connected with it Have a look. "After the Portuguese were defeated by the Maratha forces in 1739, all the churches and almost all the buildings from fortress were destroyed and looted by the Marathas. The bells from the churches various churches were looted, paraded, carried off on elephant backs as victory souvenirs. A number of bells in the Vasai fort is unknown but we can estimate the number of churches in the fort. One such Bell was carried to and located at Naroshankar Temple on the banks of Godavari river in Nasik, Panchavati area."

The temple has a great history to tell about its ancient bell which was bought in here by the bajirao. The architecture of the temple within is also good.
