Realy surprised to see the old aircrafts helicopters engine model safety equipments etc. First time in my life i saw soo many aircrafts and i took photos . Therebwas no restrictions in photography. Entry fees also was very cheap. Every one must visit the place .

HAL stands for Hindustan Aeronautics Limited. They make aircrafts. The museum is quite interesting. Visited with family.

HAL meant Hindustan Aircraft Limited when I joined that factory, after passing out SSLC in distinction, as an accounts clerk in Bangalore on 2.11.1959, but later changed as Hindustan Aeronautics Limited. Visited the location with family, it was closed. When checked with local people, I was surprised to know that it is not open for Civilian. What is use of this museum?
