Enjoyed my visit to the museum, in a beautiful building. It would be lovely if a retired group of people became the Friends Of The Museum and cleaned it up, it seems such a pity to let it get to this stage.

The museum is near to Swaminarayan temple, entry fee is Rs. Five for adults and Rs. 2 for kids. There is nothing much too see in this museum. They have put some old rocks and pictures. Visit time is approx 45 minutes, museum is closed on Mondays.

Even if you like historic things they should not be presented in such way. There were few statues, o.k., maybe in Kutch they are not so abundant. But there are many textiles and they were displayed so that one could not really see much details. Put some more work in your presentation !

Cant brush the visit aside but does not have much to offer as i think Kutch has a lot of history and much more can be displayed/portrayed. The place seems to have been neglected. Parking is an issue too!

Central to Bhuj, all of the historical artifacts from Kutch area, including clothings, coins going back centuries, archeological findings with old Kutchi script not in use anymore, a great outing. Entry is only 5 rupees for locals (few cents) and 50 rupees for foreigners (less than one dollar)
