Gaming on other side but specially I'd like to mention the staff in Vegas restaurant , namely Prasann Sawant and his staff manager. Some local singers in name of Live event and very raw crowd creating noise and dancing as well in that crowded hall Coming to the floor, you are not entitled to go into taash room. Only a casino floor is open and you are not provided any coins in entry fees The dealers at tables are all beginners and mostly from far off places whose accent is beyond comprehension specially when rules are to be informed. The check in, the ferry, the look of the cruise- all was good. What I felt was lacking was the options in food and drinks. Moreover the staff, the servers etc were not very welcoming. The bartenders refused to give proper answers to guests' queries. The food was also limited given the huge rate they charge for even the most basic of the packages available. The lifts were not working. The lift man was very rude. The live performances on the sky bar lacked energy and enthusiasm. Overall, we were disappointed. I have experience of casino at Melbourne. So this time just wanted to show my wife how it will be. So booked for two people paying 6K for which they told unlimited food and drinks. I asked before booking what is the time limit for entry for which they mentioned its open 24*7 by which I was very happy as I don't have to hurry to reach. I entered around 9:45 PM. My purpose of visit was mainly to have good dinner and experience the casino little bit. Once entered inside was surprised looking at the food quality and items they provided. Initially was about to come out immediately but that would not make sense as they are not going to refund the money. Beverages will be provided till 12 PM after that no chance (Beverages does not mean alcohol). So would like to suggest everyone please don't waste your money, I recommend to visit some best 5-Star hotel and have the food on top you will be saving money too. Horrible Deltin Royal Casino, go to hell....

The entry fee is slightly higher as compared to other Casinos nearby but it is a good mix of food entertainment and gambling. Couple entry is Rs 5000 and on Tuesdays, they give you dummy chips of full value. Dummy chips can be used only for certain games. It comes with complimentary unlimited food and drinks. The bar is open only till 12 in the night. Buffet dinner is very good. There are some dance and music performances for live entertainment. If somebody is visiting casino for the first time, they do have tables where you can learn about the games.

Deltin Royale is the most entertaining and happening spot in Goa!! The hype about it is so real! You feel like u have entered a glamorous world and the cruise is a beauty!! Its a lavish cruise with unlimited entertainment and gaming floors which would make ur evening a memorable one! We had an amazing experience since it had the most ravishing n jaw dropping performances by their international dancers and artists... There was also a lavish spread of gourmet food included with the entry ticket. The Casinos were one of a kind since they had separate Gaming floors, Card rooms, whiskey lounge and special reserved floors for VIP members. The hospitality was great and the staff there were really helpful and followed all protocols of security as to allow families with kids to have a fun evening as well.. Would definitely recommend Deltin Royale for people of all age groups ❤️

Casino experience was really nice with wide variety of games available to explore but we had no idea that food experience would be so bad specially with the times that we are in. Nowhere it was mentioned in the reviews or anywhere that have your food at hotel in case bad food and ambience of the dining area is going to spoil your mood. Two bands were playing - one in the dining area and other in sky bar and trust me sound system sucked so much that I wanted to jump over from that sky bar lol. Some areas of the deck had damp and foul smell..but once you enter casino, its different. Better don't offer food and just let people enter directly to casino and enjoy drinks instead of leaving them with horrible reviews

I went to this cruise along with my family, we were a group of 14 people including 5 kids . The place was really pathetic. The food was horrible, when we prebooked, they said the kids can play in the kids room while we could play at the casino, the kids room was a stinking small room with no activities for the kids. The live entertainment was crap. It was a shady place and I don’t recommend anyone going to place just to play at the casino. Also, for the price that they charge, this is is not even one tenth worth of the money you spend going to Deltin Royale. The team at Deltin Royale- I think you guys should spend some money and time on cleaning up the space, it was so stuffy.

Horrible, disappointed, cheated...these are the feelings i have for my deltin royal cruise trip.
My 8 yr old son was really excited for cruise trip. so we booked the VIP tickets and were looking forward to an memorable experience as suggested by other reviews.
When we reach the cruise, we realized that there are only 2 places in the whole cruise where i can take my kid with me.
Kids are not allowed on floor 3, 4, sky bar, casino floor. I understand that it could be because of legal restriction ( maybe for casino floor), but than, don't sold the kids tickets. Say that "Kids are not allowed" at your website. At least, families will be spared from having a horrible time at the cruise.
Apparently, if you want to go other floors, you have to leave your kid, in the kid room, near the entrance of the cruise, all by himself. Kids room was a cramped room at the basement, without any windows, which was full of gloomy looking kids and few sad parents.
The other place i could go with my son was the restaurant where we had dinner with room full of people.
Both these places had no windows or open space to see outside, so we didn't got any feeling of being on a cruise ( isn't that's what you paid for? to feel the cruise, to get the view? otherwise, i could had got the dinner in a normal restaurant at a much much cheaper price).
So, we had an average dinner and left with the feelings i mentioned - Horrible, disappointed, cheated.
For couples/Singles, this might be a fun place. But if you have kids, i strongly suggest you to avoid deltin cruise.

We visited Deltin Royale on our Goa Trip in March 2020. We bought entry tickets for 5000 bucks(with 5000 chips) with complimentary food and drinks. The food restaurant looked like a badly managed banquet house. When we visited another restaurant at the deck, there was no place to sit and that too on a weekday. I think the management needs to up the game in terms to facilities. Casino experience was great and the only reason I gave 3 stars.

Paradise for gamers. Great gaming floors with good no of tables. Staff is nice and helpful. Buffet layout is also good. Various entertainment acts goes on stage for non gamers. Must Visit.

We went for a good time and from the start had nothing but problems. The front person wanted to sell a package for food and drink but there was no food offered at time we went finally told me the price to enter with no food or drink. The cashier table wanted a credit card assuming i didn't have rupees which i did and was unable to tell me the limits at the table. The tables were ok . My overall experience was this was not worth the bother and will try another place

We 8pax Adults & kids visited Deltin Royale on 23rd night with the expectation to get best in class experience but it was the worst ever experience for all of us.
Surprisingly, we experienced
No space to even stand forget about the tables and chairs.
Quality of food was pathetic
Staff was very rude
No space for kids
Big queues for liquor as if standing for charity
They are only focused to force push people inside the cruise no matter where they will stand after entry.
Overall we felt it was a complete wastage of money & our time was completely spend for getting into a low class cheap crowd.
If they won't maintain class & work towards creating customer delight, soon they will be forced to shut their doors.
We couldn't utilise anything which was a part of our package. Don't get trapped with the lucrative images.
