Goa is one of the smallest states in India known for its brilliant beaches, scrumptious food and Portuguese heritage. Panjim, the capital city located in the centre is well-connected with an international airport and roads and trains run from North to South part of Goa.

Found the bus approx. pm. 3.00 in the afternoon, to take the tour around as described by Tripadvisor. Even when boarding the bus, the staff had trouble at all being able to approve the printed ticket proof. The bus stopped midway on the route, with the message that the bus was no longer driving, but that we could drive back to the city center to pay 200 rupees.
We got nothing for the money at all, and feel entitled to have the amounts paid reimbursed by Tripadvisor.

They will drop in a place and allot sufficient time to explore that. They have a good number of buses hence did not wait long to board the next bus for another destination

Don't go
1) AC not working properly.
2) They might ask you to sit on top in this hot environment.
3) No one to guide you.
4) Customer care is polite and helpful but most tour operators are not.
5) No signage or plan of the tour displayed.
6) Took us to the church when there were prayers going on, took us to the market when it was closed.
Better spend Rs2500 and hire a taxi rather then going through all the pains.
Over all nice concept but badly executed.

I booked an open ticket online for North Goa tour and used it on 24/03/19. The first surprise was when I reached Calangute KFC bus stand to catch the first bus as per the time table provided in their website and came to know when contacted their customer care that Time table provided in their website was wrong and the first bus had already gone.
In their website, they have claimed that bus will travel between 11 tour points in North Goa tours and tourists can get down any of those points and spare time as per their wish. They can board a hop on hop off bus from a point which will come in 60 minutes interval. That means complete flexibility which points one wants to see and how long want to spare subject to bus timing.
Now the reality. On 24th I found that they were keeping the bus standing at each point and giving passengers 45 minutes to come back. In Calangute beach, we came back within 45 minutes but they kept us waiting for another 20 minutes waiting for some other passengers to board. so their claim of flexibility is completely false.
Now the most serious issue. In their website, they have provided a colourful representation of 11 tour points they will cover in their North Goa tour. But on that day they covered only 5 points, Aguada Fort, Dolphin point, Calangute beach, Anjuna beach and Baga beach. When I asked the attendant on the bus about it he replied that the website was not updated. When I further asked him why they didn't update their website he replied bluntly that I could talk to anyone I wish about that.
Later I checked their ticket and noticed they had named the package North Goa beaches (Fort Aguada to Vagator beach). Even if we go by the package name provided in the ticket they had clearly lied because they did not cover Vagator beach on that day.
The most shocking part is GTDC provided the link of their website on their website and even promoting them which helping these people to exploit unsuspecting tourists.
My booking Id was 232 and date of journey 24/03/19.

I booked the bus for today, we went to the bus stop at St Alex.
We stood there from 11am to 12.30and no bus came at all.
There should have been a bus at 11.25 and 12.10, neither came!!
I have just wasted half a day making my way to the bus stop and back!!
I am it happy at all! I now won’t have time to see the places I wanted to visit today.

The panjim trip was disorganised, reps had no knowledge of what was happening they were rude, pretending not to understand English and in some cases off hand. It started well being picked up in Baga and proceeding to candalim via calangute, the male rep joined bus at calangute towers with 16 Indian visitors, the only time he spoke was to try to sell boat cruise tickets, which these people all bought!! ARRIVING IN panjim we set off towards Dona Paulo was told the jetty was closed there and only got there because we insisted, still proceeding OK transfered to double decker open bus for trip to Old Goa, this is where trouble started we were dropped in old Goa even though we didn't want to leave bus female rep insisted saying the open top would be back in an hour this didn't appear, another coach turned up was off hand and wouldn't discuss anything said we missed bus which we certainly hadn't, it went OK then unti end when we were deposited at the casino boat told we couldn't go any further or we could walk or catch a local bus. Bearing in mind we had an 85 year old with us. Eventually we're told a bus back to baga will pick us up at 630 this was 5pm no were to go nothing to do but wait. The bus turned up at 745 when the said group of Indians got off the boat cruise!!! I am thoroughly disgusted with this trip and would normally ask for full refund but "this is India mam what do u expect!!! Take my advice don't do this trip its not worth the aggrob

I am surprised by others’ experiences as perfect for my needs in getting me to places in north and central/south goa without any hassle
Timings were pretty much spot on and all much cheaper than auto rickshaws. Local bus would be cheaper but more hassle and aircon also nice.
Agree not much commentary but didn’t want any as enough in guide book or places themselves. It did not stop at every stop on one run but did at all stops I wanted so perhaps a little lucky. However if not in a hurry no big deal.

We booked these tickets ahead of time and went to the location for pick up (very hard place to find btw). We found the travel
Agency that coordinates this and they told us we were too late. Only half of the tour was available today (website shows many sites but the tour day had only 5) and we had missed the original bus which I found strange as i thought it was a hop on hop off tour bus like how it is in every major city I have used this type of service in. The agency was unwilling to refund us and basically ignored us as we stood there unwilling to help. We ended up paying a private driver to drive us to all the major locations for the day which ended up working out better in the end. We didn’t want to go through the hassle of fighting for our $30 refund as it wasn’t worth the pain and anguish. They basically wait until you are worn down and don’t want to fight for the refund. Lesson learned though! You get what you pay for!
