Located in the heart of West End, Coconut Tree Divers is the oldest PADI IDC Centers on the island. The shop offers four daily dives: the morning boat leaves at 9:00 AM for two dives and returns at around 12:30 PM. The afternoon dives go out at 1:00 and 2.30 respectively. Night dives are available every Tuesday and Thursday. The shop's second boat, Wish U Were Here, is dedicated for cruise ship visitors on various cruise ship schedules. There is the option of a one day experience program, PADI Discover Scuba Diving, for those who want to try scuba diving for the first time. The program involves some basic theory in the classroom, a short session in shallow confined water, followed by a 45 - 60 minute dive in the afternoon. The shop's friendly, experienced staff will guide you through the various dive sites in Roatan's reef system. Nitrox and Trimix are also available. Snorkelers are also welcome.

We had a total of 5 divers that dove with Coconut Tree Divers and we all had a great experience. Three of us complete our adventure diver certification through Coconut Tree and "Scuba Ted". Ted was a great instructor who was very knowledgable instructor who made the dives fun. I would highly recommend.

I found Roatan in January 2016 and fell in love! This is the third time I have been to Roatan since then..now my favorite place, my home away from home! Each time a little longer...now for a month. This is also the third time I have dove with Coconut Tree Divers...my favorite people apart from home. I travel solo and... More

I've been wanting to get my open water dive certification for a while and planned on going somewhere else in the US until a friend of mine, who is a diving instructor, suggested Coconut Tree Divers to me. Since I've never been to Honduras, it was a great opportunity to travel somewhere else I haven't been before. I had a... More

I recently trained for and received my Nitrox, Decompression and Trimix Diver Certifications at Coconut Tree Divers with Monty Graham -owner and operator of the Tec Center- and that's the best decision I could have made. Monty's training improved my diving greatly. It is super high-quality, very thorough and effective. He is a fantastic instructor, very easy to work with... More

Did a refresher course and single tank dive here. Staff is helpful and so friendly, especially Gaye. The reef was amazing. Lucked out and saw 2 eagle rays really close-up. Beautiful!

My 2 girlfriends and I walked into Coconut Tree Divers to inquire about the possibility of shore diving. We are staying in the West End and heard there were reefs close by. We had some special needs that we didn't think were appropriate for a big boat. Gay told us they don't rent for shore diving. My friends explained that... More

I highly recommend using Coconut Tree divers if you come to Roatan to dive. Gay....the owner of the shop couldn't have been more helpful. She recognized that we needed a little more special attention with our diving skills....and lack there of....and set us up with the super awesome master instructor Ted. I've been diving with these guys/girls for over 8 years. They are an amazing family and treat you like one of theirs, the minute you walk in the door. Any suggestions for dives, any special requests, technical diving you want to do, they'll do everything they can to make it happen. Monty and Gay are amazing.
