It is really a pity that this church is so degraded, but it is really nice to go and this small charming church.

It has an amazing view of lake Ohrid. It takes some time to go there but you have to see it if you have a touristic visit to Ohrid.

This church is a bit hidden and small. But typical Macedonian style, a mix of church with greek style.

When you visit St.Bogorodica Perivlepta the lady selling the tickets can lend you the key and show you where to visit. She advises to go before she shows you 'her' much more grandiose church. As tiny as St Nicholas is, it already has many beautiful...More
