ท่านสามารถ เดินขึ้นมาชมวิวมุมสูง ที่ ป้อมปราการโบราณ บนจุดสูงสุดของทะเลทราย ได้ โดย สถานที่แห่งนี้ ในอดีต เคยเป็น ค่ายทหารชาวอังกฤษในสงครามโลกครั้งที่1 ซึ่งทหารอังกฤษได้สร้างอาคารด้านบน โดย มี3ห้องนอนและ1ห้องน้ำ กับอีกจุดสังเกตการณ์ เค้าสร้างขึ้น เพื่อใช้สำหรับ ตรวจเส้นทางและการผ่านไปมาของชาวบ้านและศัตรู ซึ่งปัจจุบัน เหลือเพียงแค่ ซากปรักหักพัง ของสิ่งปลูกสร้าง โดยที่ป้อมปราการ บางส่วนได้ถูกพายุทะเลทราย กลบทับ เลือนลางแทบดูไม่ออกว่า ในอดีต เคยเป็น ป้อมปราการ อันยิ่งใหญ่และ เกรียงไกร มาก่อนเลย ครับ

Ci si arriva a piedi dopo che il 4x4 ti lascia alle pendici.
Il panorama sull'oasi e sul deserto è stupendo ed il silenzio assoluto lo rende ancor più emozionante.
