Don’t know what does it mean Main Street. In reality all small streets in Rovinj are fantastic with gems in any corner. Maybe not the main (Grisia) but some smaller (like Trevisol and Montalbano) are even much better, quieter, more real but still alive. Fantastic

Nice atmosphere, with a lot of bars and restaurants to choose from, a lot of variety.... it has very magical places in between restaurants to take beautiful pictures .... where the sea and boats are behind!

I saw a lot of people on mobility scooters but I did not see a hire place there is a tourist office in the main square so you could inquire from them before you go hope this helps
