Be there early, before the buses. Bring warm clothes and some food and walk the long tour (18 km) around the hole park. Don’t miss the wooden walkways across the waterfalls. They are numerous! The park is really a natures wonder.

Visited Plitvice Lakes in October 2018. The staff were the rudest people I have ever encountered, unwilling to help or answer questions. A few people in the line appeared to have issues with them too. Pretty standard for Croatians though. We did the 18km 'K'...More

The stroller would be impossible to take, as you are walking on an elevated wooden bridge throughout the park. If the baby could travel in one of those baby carriers it would be fine.
