The shells are beautiful, some huge and others less than 1 cm. Photos aren't allowed. The Museum is well worth a visit and is housed in the cellar of the Franciscan Monastery.

The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is the working hours, it's open only few hours a day. But it holds a true treasure of the seas, beautiful shells and the ambiance is great as it's located in an old monastery.

If you like shells you should visit the museum. It is run by a group of nuns, who can tell you the history of the collection. If you don't like shells, don't go.
