Once off the chairlift and on the well graded path you can take in some breath taking scenery! In​ May we saw many Rhododendrons​ and Azaleas​ and many other flowers. On a good day you can get some dramatic views of Erhai and the plains....More

These mountains, oh these mountains need to be walked. For the able bodied, take absolutely no notice of what some say of how hard they are to walk.. The mountains have a Cloud Travellers path which is easily traversed in a day. A tiring day...More

In one day you will see horses, snow, local people and a lot of waterfalls and mountains rivers. Better to go in the morning so you will get enough time to walk and take photos and have a rest and so on.

Take the Cable car up, way up and look down at the city below. Marvellous and in heaven. Look up and touch the cloud. Actually we did as it was settling in on the Mountains while we came. Unbelievable feeling to be inside the clouds....More

I wouldn't miss this for the world. The hike up Cang Shan is really exhausting but don't give up until you get to the Cloud pass! You will be greatly rewarded with the breath taking views of Cang Shan, the beautiful bays of Erhai lake...More
