We had an amazing visit to the famed Leshan Buddha last week. The immaculately maintained temples and breathtaking walk down the sheer steps from the Top of the Buddha to its base are a definite Sichuan highlight!
It was a great experience, if you're afraid of steep stairs and long rows I recommend taking a boat cruise. We went on a public holiday and waited 4,5Hours in line but it was worth it.
