We love the Holiday Film Series & catch a few movies each year! Great way to take a break during the busy season! Beautiful & intimate venue. Concerts here are great as well, not a bad seat in the house.

Every year the Alabama shows Christmas movies through the month of December. You may have seen the movies dozens of times at home or possibly in a theater but the experience cannot match up with the Alabama. First, the theater is nicknamed the Showplace of...More

I've been going to the Alabama since I was a kid and have been overwhelmed every time I have been there. In between visits, you forget just how awesome this building is. Thankfully it has been preserved! I've seen movies, shows and concerts, attended events...More

A beautiful building. The acoustics were good for the concert I went to there. My only concern is that the lighting is poor towards the back of the auditorium and on the upper levels. Be sure to watch your step!
