About
Let’s Play is an indoor soft play center for children aged 0-12 years. We’ve created a kid-friendly indoor environment that is stimulating and enjoyable for your kids. The kids love this place. We stayed about two hours. Everything was clean, and staff was friendly. It has a small trampoline area, clearly marked no adults, but some adults ignored this. If you have small children watch them carefully in that area as there could be grownups jumping while they are jumping. Admission is very reasonable. We didn’t purchase any food, but drinks are expensive.

We took a 15 month old and he loved it. Lots to do for toddlers as well as older children. The place is clean and well kept.

I really like this place! We've been twice, and our daughter always had a great time. Everything seemed really safe. Prices seemed reasonable for a 3yo with two parents. The best thing we liked about the price was, once we went inside, there weren't many temptations to spend more and more. As long as we kept our daughter away from the main counter/vending machine area, we were good and things were cheap.

What really made us appreciate this place was a recent visit to a competitor, where customers paid for access to different play areas but where the kids could easily see the next area and be enticed by the flashing lights of arcade games. A visit to the competitor cost me twice as much, but we only had half as much fun because of the begging to go pay more for some flashy thing she saw in another area…

During our last visit to Let's Play, I noticed staff going through the play areas and cleaning/sanitizing the play equipment. Also, Let's Play makes everyone wear socks which I imagine helps keep things sanitary.

We think our two visits have been very fun and cost effective.

We bring the kids here rather infrequently but it is a nice and fairly cheap way to entertain the little ones for a couple of hours. I would say this place is geared more toward the 2 - 10 crowd. They have private rooms where you can have birthday parties. There are a couple of ball pits, various slides, and lots of climbing activities. There is a separate area for the smaller children but everyone seems to enjoy all of it honestly. They keep the place pretty tidy, as much as you can with a ton of kids running around, and if there is some sort of spill or "accident" they are all over it cleaning up. It's an overall good value for some air conditioned shenanigans for the kids.

Dirty and crowded but a fun facility. It was $35 for 1 adult, 2children under 6 and a baby.

When crowded, the facility is a little dangerous as little ones can leave through the front gate. There aren't staff walking around or helping to control injuries. You would think they would only allow one child to slide at a time.
We have been multiple times, they can charge for little ones based on their feeling that day as there isn't a written policy for children under 2 years of age. The employee, when asked about the unfairness of this, just shrugged her shoulders.

We booked a very expensive private party (all total 950.00) and it went awful! There were 5 employees there, one who had their child there to play and all who stood at the counter eating pizza during the party. Only one staff member helped with our party so we ended up doing most of the decorating and serving. We had been to a party before in March and the hostess did everything, even blow up the balloons for my sister so she was able to speak to her guests and play with her children, which is why we payed for the private party here. We weren’t able to do any of that and we worked as hard as if we had had the party at our home. We were constantly having to find our hostess to see what we were doing next.
We have been back and forth with the general manager on the phone to try to resolve this problem and they have not been helpful at all. I would NOT RECOMMEND paying the 600.00 base fee (not including food or ice cream) for a private party unless you want to spend that AND do all the work you would at home.

This place is very cool. The children loved it. So many things to climb on, slide down, zip line etc. The price is reasonable. U can leave and go have lunch and then come back in to play all day. They stamp ur hand when u come in and they check ur stamp as u leave. So no little ones leaving without parents. They have a small area for smaller babies. They have huge birthday rooms available. We enjoyed it and are planning on having birthday party there in November.
