We went on a Tuesday. No lines on the amusement park side, and all rides were working except a scrambler type ride. Splash side had a wide variety of slides, a great kid zone, lazy river, and wave pool. Free drinks meant we didn't have to carry around a refillable cup or spend a small fortune on drinks. Food was pretty typical - burgers, pizzas, etc. The kids loved it, and if you buy tickets online it's 39.99 per person.

I have been the past 9 years of my life and have had an excellent experience every time I went. The staff are super nice. There is great security and they always enforce rules. The food is a little pricey but that’s understandable knowing that is their only other way of profit other than the admission fee. There are free drinks all day and they provide life jackets and inner tubes. The lazy river is always a nice pace and there are always at least 5 life guards on duty at a time at the lazy river alone. I was reading some of the bad reviews and have never had any of that happen to me the past times I have went. I have been going to this park since I was 7. They always have great attractions and they are always on duty and very nice.

My family absolutely loves Alabama Adventure! We came in 2020 for an overnight trip but we had so much fun we ended up staying another day so we could go to the park again!! We ended up buying season tickets for our next visit which was a great deal as it included the remainder of 2020 and is for 2021 season also! My daughter and I had just as much fun (if not more) than my 6 and 2 year old grandkids lol! The park is very clean and well maintained. They offer free drinks throughout the park which is one of their best and most appreciated features as with any other place this type would charge $5 for a drink. In my opinion that shows they're not out to take all your money but to truly provide families a great place to have fun and make memories that last a lifetime! I absolutely recommend everyone to go when they have a chance. We drive 2 hours each way to visit and it is always worth it!!

lOVE it, so much fun. great values, clean, great guests, great team members. Wow, what a place this has become! everyone should go, it is a hidden gem in Alabama. if you have never visited or visited 12 years ago before the Kochs got it in 2014, you will be so impressed.

Clean, friendly outgoing staff. Much better experience than I expected. Bought season passes. Lot of activities for little guys. Felt very safe. Even on a weekend when crowded it wasn’t too bad. Will probably go once or twice a week for the rest of the summer. And I’m an OTM snob :)

We all got stomach virus after we were there 5 minutes and got no refund. We were sick and didn't know it. They were Rude and didn't offer any compensation. We where heart broken. Couldn't afford to go back at a later date. June 18.

We took 10 students visiting from Spain. Everyone including all the chaperones had a great time!
It was very clean, well staffed with friendly employees, free drinks, and sunscreen! This park is always a highlight of our students visit each year!

What a great day!! It’s been 12 years since my last visit and the facility was nicer than ever before. The employees were incredible… all had great attitudes and a smile on their faces. The grounds were beautifully manicured and the restrooms were clean. Way to go Alabama Adventure!! Thanks for making my day with my grandbabies and daughter such a wonderful experience!!

1. Wait 30 minutes in car to park which costed $7.00.
2. Waited 45 more minutes in the heat to pay $30.00
3. Had to stand in line in the heat for 30 minutes to rent a tube for $5.00.
4. Waited in line for 45 minutes to do a slide.
5. Waited 20 minutes to order chicken fingers fries drink and another fry and drink for $17.00.
6. Had to wait in line to leave!!!
Way too many people, crowded, lots of theft!!!!! Will not return!!!

We drove hours to have fun for the weeend with our kids. Only to find 3 working water rides. We had searched the things to do in Alabama and it recommended alabama adventure. The website stated the park consisted of the splash beach water park and magic city theme park. We were disappointed to find that the current changes (no amusement rides or games) were not clearly stated on the website or on the signs. 25.99 was too much money to pay to not get a opportunity to enjoy due to crowds in that one area of the park. Whenwe asked for a refund we were told that they do not give refunds due to their policy. When getting ready to exit the park, we were told that we had exit through the entrance. The entrance door had a long line of people waiting to come in. So security wanted us to wait until all the people were checked in before we could leave. I had never heard of the entrance and exit used for incomming and out going traffic. That can create a dangerous situation in an emergency. We do not plan on returning.

I was wondering how big the parks are. Would a one day pass be enough for both parks? What are the hours for both parks?

Good Morning. I'm sorry to bother you. But I've asked around and not many I know have gone. I planning a little family trip. And I was wondering if a one day pass be enough for both parks? I have 3 adults a 14 yo and a 6 yo. Or would I be better off with two day tickets?

Hello. I only went for one day. In my opinion you could do both parks in one day. The amusement park side is not very large. The water park side has more and is where my family spent most of the day.
