We came into town for a day from our country hotel and started at the park. It has a nice karst with steps up to a little pagoda with a great view over the town. The park has walking paths, a little amusement park if you have kids, and lots of locals to look at - playing cards or music,... More

This park is nice to visit. You can find busy places where people play different games, cards or they do exercise, dance and sing, but you can also find a quiet places to enjoy the beauty of local nature. I recommend to visit.

Yes soul food in China. Take a deep breath fill your lungs and fill your soul with beauty and peace. Let your worries melt away. The Chinese hosts want nothing more than to please you. Be warned China is filled with Chinese tourists. People are now getting money in their pockets and they want to see China. Now here is... More

I always grabbed a coffee early in the morning and headed for the park which was about a 5 minute walk from our hotel . It was amazing to see seniors there doing line dancing or Tai Chi , men playing cards or groups playing croquet. I great place to unwind and see the locals enjoying life

An oasis of cool shade in a warm and vibrant community. Come and watch the local tai chi classes, stroll around the statues and allow children to enjoy the various rides on offer.

Yangshuo or Guilin is so watery, you can see water and small mountains everywhere.Walking in this park, especially along the riverside is nice, feeling very cosy with friends.

Surrounded by huge limestone pinnacles and very popular with the locals, this is a great place to spend time enjoying both the scenery and the people engaging in activities such as tai-chi, dancing, mah-jong and even croquet among the cooling trees and in front of the obligatory communist martial sculpture centrepiece. Not only that but admission is free.

The first attraction I visited in Yangshuo was this Yangshuo Park. It was about half an hour walking distance from my hotel located opposite the North Bus Station. The park entrance is visible from the main road and it takes another 15 mins walk from the park to the touristy West Street. I visited the park in the afternoon. As... More
