Had a good walk for 3 hours. The air quality was way better than city. Places were well managed. Nature is just wonderful.

This place is fun and interesting to see but do keep in mind what season your in a the slightest rain and the place goes into hibernation and you may fin your self standing under a souvenir shop waiting 40 mins to 2 housr for the rains to stop. Beautiful and charming a miracle of nature not far away from the city of Zhaoqing. Take a warmer jacket or a coat for the colder or rainy days.

This was the first Chinese nature reserve and is very popular, especially during Bank Holidays. It has some excellent views and the temple is worth seeing. The waterfall is certainly worth a visit, although difficult to appreciate it at it's best when the park is busy. The road structure is good and there is sufficient local transportation to take you... More

Chinese tourists from all provinces visit to this attraction. There is an affinity with nature and worshipping at the various temples that makes a visit worthwhile. It is worth purchasing tickets for the small buses, it is quite a climb to the major parts of the park. Mind you yesterday I saw elderly Chinese ladies striding purposely up and down... More

Because of lack of time (spent too much time at Seven Star Craigs) we drove into the park with our car and did not get to see everything in this large park area. There is a stop with a large collection of "dings" - large cooking pots, including, the largest I believe in the world, which is interesting. This is... More

Although very popular with tour groups this was a refreshing escape from city life. The public transport seemed very well organised, although I was not aware of any English spoken. We rode the electric cars up and walked back down via a pretty waterfall.

This area is rather large and includes some temples etc. But we were there for some real nature, which is so hard to find in China. We had good walking shoes and walked around the whole area. It was a long walk, but this way we were happy to experience more the actual nature between the attractions. You can also... More
