Great walking and photo place

Pretty good place to go especially for couples. The bridge will take approx 10mins to cross at a slow walking pace.

The bridge was build under the requirement that had to be openable. With the limit technology, used the boats as a bridge in the middle was excellent idea.

The main attraction here is the bridge made of boats. However, to get a good close-up view or to walk on it, you have to pay. Other than that, it's a nice quick walk if you're in the area.

The river isn't really anything to look at, it's just a river. But the Guang Ji Bridge that crosses it is a very interesting bridge to visit. Check reviews for that bridge to find out more.

If you have spent time to read about Chaozhou, you would know that Hanjiang is an iconic attraction of Chaozhou. Do spend time at Binjiang Gallery to enjoy the occasional breeze and the impressive view of the Guangji Bridge.

This approximately 800m bridge is famous and considered a national heritage within China. At 10.30am every day; the centre of the bridge is reconstructed using a large number of supporting boats underneath. It is a feat and toil of human engineering that this happens - so a great idea is to arrive say at about 10am and see them put... More
