Es una plaza amplia, bonita pero no de especial belleza. Si uno esta por Talcahuano, vale la pena la visita.

La plaza es muy acogedora, espaciosa, con árboles de la zona, una pileta de agua con surtidores de aguas danzantes, un buen lugar para descansar y disfrutar.
