The best place in Campinas to find all kind of fruit, vegetables, spice and food. It offers a great atmosphere. You must visit "Bar do Rafa" there to have good beers and food.

It’s a nice architectural building, great for shopping groceries and uncommon items, but not exactly interesting other than that. Still, a good place to go.

I was impressed that market has an organic meats and produce section. I had to go there for my exotic tropical fruits and for the Peruvian parsnips known as batatas baroas or batatas salsas. And this market has it all for reasonable prices.

This place was inaugurated a little more than one century ago and it is a kind of "cult" place in the city. It worth a visit to see more than a grocery store.
