If you wanna stare the city the best option is to go to the Sugar Loaf. You can go by walking or the cableway, which is superb.

Great view of the city and coastline. There are bars with sofas where to enjoy drinks and the sunset. A bit pricey though.

Beautiful views, but likely not as nice as Corcovado. Was very crowded to get onto the trams so it takes a lot longer than expected.
