Quitandinha was a fancy hotel and casino. It's was a really good experience and you can learn a lot about the Brazilian society. Probably you will spend around 3 hours during the visit as they have lots to show. Just pay the tickets and go!

We didn't do the visit but stopped and walked around the lake area. It's a big and interesting building worth a visit. Pictures don't do it justice.

Quitandinha was building in 1944 to be a big Casino Hotel, but today it is a great Museum, where we can see a little bit that what it was in an old days.

This, now museum and residence, was once the site of a 5 star hotel with casino, before gambling was banned in Brazil. The museum shows the luxury of the hotel's interior, and a stroll around the lake in front of it adds to its mystique...
