the beach itself is not much. better go 1 or 2 km further to charitas. there it is full of little cosy beachbars.
on sao francisco beach are the restaurants for the area. tried all of them and no complaints about any of them. paludo is one of the best there

My son is studying in the region so i went for jogging before getting him at school twice. The scenery is absolutely breathtaking but I do not feel safe in there. Careful with your wallets in there!

São Francisco is in Niterói, and it is well known by its restaurants and bars.
You find there international food in many of its restaurants.
There are well known places with excelent bars where yoiu can have your drink and snacks.
Very good to go with friends.

The place has a sor to of nice restaurants from barbecue to japonese food. The view of Rio de Janeiro is also very nice.

A beautiful beach to wander along, Plenty enjoying the beach for sport or to bake in the sun. The place comes alive on Friday & Saturday nights, filling with people dining outside and listening to live music. Plenty of food options to choose and easy to get to by bus from Niteroi.

gorgeous beach. Really this is the best view of Rio Jenero. You can get there by ferry, or by car. Lot's of great food all around.

It has sand! Quite a few restaurants and bars around in this area, quite popular place to go. Nice promenade to walk or jug along, plenty of locals enjoy this area.

Vários locais para refeições e variedades de preços, agora quanto a pousadas perto, como é tudo tão pertinho tem algumas opções, porém recomendo o Google Map, que vai informar com mais precisão e ainda a localização correta.
