That's a very beautiful place to watch the sunset, mainly for couples, that was very romantic. We made many amazing photos, we got a short tour through the river by canoe and we saw few sea horses.

At this beach at the end of the road from Recife to Maracaipe you will find this beach. It is also known for the thousands of sea horses at the inlet. Definitely a good place to take a stroll along the beach. Many good lunch places along the strip. The waves are excellent for some surfing.

Definetively worth the visit to see the sunset. Need to take cangas or chairs, because there is nothing there. You dont need to park in parking lot, can leave the car in the street and in the end of it there is an alley that takes you directly to the beach. Walk some 300m to the right to reach the... More

Wonderful beach to see seahorses and crabs. You can take a boat ride to the mangroves, after a dune buggy ride to get here. Lots of small bars for beer and snacks

Splendid beach, clean and beautiful. Marvelous waves. All in all, one of the most wonderful beaches we've visited.

Perfect place to relax, see the natural pools that get form when the tide gets low and swim with small fish all around you, great experience. If you want to spend the day and eat at the local shops(barracas) they will try to rent you chairs and umbrella but if you order food from them is free. There is a lot of... Maracaipe is a dream beach. From the surf to kite surfing to sea horses, must visit. This beach is 5 minutes further south than Porto and definitely worth a day visit at least or stay at Brisas where you can sit and watch the surf all day long . Excellent place to stay
