Thanks to Fabiono, we had time to enjoy a full day at the Argentina side as he managed all the administrative part: we had to pass 2 borders and it takes a lot of fun time and you need to know how to proceed.

See my review of the park - the Falls are within the Park and I apologise for my confusion! The Park itself is beautifully kept and I did gain some sense that the authorities really want to conserve this natural asset. I find this reassuring.
