The so called trail in the forest is a 500 m walk on a side walk with a guide who did not know too much about the trees and the forest. Poor. The boat ride to see the falls from the river was scaring and dangerous. It is a high speed ride with almost no time to observe the falls.... More

This was a great way to see the falls up close and to experience a bit of excitement. I only wished we could have seen more falls than the single one they showed us and that the "safari" lasted a bit longer.

Don't bother with the rain gear or coverings. You might as well just take it. That's half the fun. Storing dry clothes is probably not a bad idea though. When the falls are dropping 1.5 million gallons per second and your boat driver is a sadist, sit back and enjoy the ride...and the shower

This was something that we were encouraged to do on our trip to the falls. It was good but not amazing, it was better to enjoy the falls from the walkways. The walk in the rainforest was good but we did not see any wildlife.

This trip's cost is not included in the regular entrance fee. Don't let that deter you. This is a must! An electric golf cart pulled the wagon with the visitors and a multi lingual guide provided the commentary on the fauna and flora. We didn't see any macucos but one lizard crossed the path. I learned about hearts of palm... More

Very nice ride, its a very good way to get wet in the hot day of summer. The stuff is great, and besides of the boat ride you also go on an electric car in the woods.the guide explain in english and Portuguese about the area. Most important tip: bring clothes for change! You are going to be soaked!

We didn't see any animals on the train ride or walk but the boat ride was great. You got wet which was refreshing and we got the skipper to go under the falls 3 times so definitely one to do.
