For me it wasn't the most thrilling thing I have done. For others in our party it was the absolute best. If you have never been on a small boat, experienced white water rapids or getting wet with a whole lot of water dropping on...More

The was an amazing experience from start to finish.. flying up the river towards the base of the Iguassu Falls and then powering into the spray as the water surged past the boat... lots of water and lots of noise, and then calm as we...More

Macuco Safari gave us everything we wanted and took our breath away, literally, with its drive through the water curtain on the falls. But is was much more from the drive through the forest pointing out some of the flora to the taking of photos...More

Magnificent. As great as I remembered from 24 years previous. Visited with my ten year old son. Niagara is lovely but nothing compared to Foz. Excellent tour. We went for the wet option and it was great. Guide Wagner was fantastic.

The safari was fantastic and worth paying the extra for It starts with a drive through the jungle and then you have a walk down to the river and get in a boat. They offer an option for a wet ride or a dry ride...More

It's an expensive short ride by boat on the river, which can take you very close to the falls, assuring the "bath". I enjoyed much more the visit itself to both parks (Brazilian and Argentinian sides) than the Macuco Safari, but if you have time...More

This trip is an optional part of a visit to the Iguaçu Falls National Park. It's pricey but completely worth it! A buggy takes you through the forest before you walk the rest of the way to a well organised boarding area about 20-30 metres...More

Large and apparantly safe boats with powerfull engines brought us into, under and through several of the waterfalls until everyone were truly soaked. Then a rollercoaster race through some rapids down river. My "drysack" had a leak so all my change clothes were wet too,...More

Encouraged by several young men sitting up front with us, our boat captain drove us under the falls quite a few times so we were soaked when we returned. It was too much fun. Make sure your cameras, cell phones, etc. are in a plastic...More

First of all, it's not really a trip. It's a boat ride along a short stretch of the river and then in and out under a couple of waterfalls. It's great fun, and getting soaking wet in the frigid water felt fabulous after a... More

Aside from the fact that you need a visa to see the Brazilian side, all attractions can be purchased locally. Being from Canada I needed a visa for Argentina $97 US. Too much to spend for a half day!
