It is a busy, always very busy typical place between Brazil and Paraguay, I would say it is folclorical

The bridge is not very extensive (550 meters), so it is perfectly possible to cross it on foot. My main concern was that there is no policing on the bridge, so crossing requires attention. Interesting view of the Paraná River.
Traveling with the taxi you just go through the bridge and land in Paraguay/Brasil. Cost from Brazil will be around 60 reales. Paraguay side is cheaper: 40. You may also risk taking Moto-Taxi (for one person).

This is a busy bridge between Brazil and Paraguay, full of people, lots of cars, very dirty. It could be better in every single aspect, but for now it is what it is.
Lots of people, cars, dirty, draw of the chaos. I was in safe inside the car but out side, it really did not seem safe at all.
