Parque São Lourenço is a great place for families. There is a beautiful lake in the middle of it, you can take you children for running in the big green plains also. I sometimes go there for running. The track has 1476m, so it's not the best running track, but its better than running at home!

Very nice place to visit any day. Walkways and bicicle lanes make it an attraction for runners and bikers. There's a cozy children's playground, a market and some snack & coffee shops nearby.

This place is a bit of a sanctuary where it is possible to just enjoy a stroll in this increasingly high rise city.

Very beautiful park, small, but with lots of greenery and a large lake with ducks and birds around. There is a Paranista memorial at one end, for those who like art, free.
Worth the visit.

Fantastic and with few tourists! There is a small, free museum with some well-preserved and interesting sculptures. The park is quiet and organized, with space for walking, cycling and other sports, all with their own place to practice. There are capybaras and a large lake. We went in the summer in the afternoon and there were mosquitoes.
