This is the second time that my wife and I have visited Appleton Memorial Park. We really enjoy it. I see old friends in plants there and can mumble to myself their botanical names. You can get some great ideas from studying the plants that...More

Memorial Park would be awsome if Appleton would put better ground on the softball diamonds, better umpires, and cheaper fees.

Geat palce to burn off some energy for your kids in the summer. Great play strucres, large pond, and big hill to run up and roll down.

Need a place to take the kids for a fun time? This playground is the best and there is lots of place for them to run and play.

Plenty to do here-we are a hockey family and spend a lot of time on the ice here. Love the botanical gardens, the playground, and catch and release fishing on the pond. Wonderful park with loads to do.

Fondly nicknamed "Rubber Park" because of the spongy sport court surface, Memorial park has a great (wheelchair accessible) playground! Also offers catch & release fishing pond (ice skating when safe in winter), wooded area & wetlands trail to explore, large hill to roll down, open...More

Playground was excellent, but there wasn't much else there that interested the kids. So if you are going there to spend a day, you may be disappointed. But if you are going there specifically for the playground, the kids will have a great time.
