The name Quadrado is a symbol of the good life of Trancoso. The village meets there, specially the tourists. Restaurants, Art Galleries, Boutiques etc all in one place dominated by a little white church. After 6 pm is when the action begins. Don’t miss.

Quadrado is the "central square" of Trancoso village. Tiny colonial little houses, all of them transformed into restaurants, shops and small hotels, are the flanks of a promenade that leads to a small sixteenth century church and an astounding panorama of Trancoso beaches.

This location is part of Porto Seguro's mystique. Is you come to town make sure you set time a part to come over at the end of the day or early evening. Here is where it all started - music, parties and celebrations.
