Good structure, beautiful beach

We reached it right across the river that divides it woth praia dos coqueiros.
Its a beuatiful beach and where the river meets the sea, makes a beautiful landscape, great for photos.
It has a good steucture of bars ans restaurants.

Good waves

It can be hard to find shade here but it’s a beautiful place. you can walk from the Sandy Beach into the ocean pretty far and catch some nice waves.

If you want to go to Rio da Barra Beach, then,have a walk along this beach...it is not the best in Trancoso...many big Barracas, noisy...

If you don't want to walk or drive far, this is a nice beach. Friendly for families and several different restaurants

Take a walk to the north!

From Trancoso, start at the Praia dos Nativos for a wonderful walk to the north (direction Porto Seguro). The beaches are great, you will pass amazing red rock formations and don't worry about places to have a drink or snack, since there are plenty of them. You will not regret it!

Great beach with good "barracas" with cold beer and good food. Nice place to spend time during the day. Wish some of the places stayed open at night so you could have dinner on the sand.

Best waves

This beach has cleaner water and better waves than on the other side of the stream. The bottom is also nicer with finer sand. Great for body surfing!

Nice beach

A little walk to get there from the quadrado but worth it on a dirt road (may be usable by cars too) but you would not see the monkeys! beach is very long and flat.

Even Better Than The Picture

It's our favorite beach (and we have tried all of them). It goes on forever, never has many people and if you walk to the Rio Barro which goes into the sea across Nativos. The bad news is that unless you camp out at the Nativos bar and cafe, there is nowhere to rent chairs or umbrellas and get shade until you have gone the 2.5 kilometers to the river.

Nice beach with some nice bars

We visited this beach around sunset, the entrance to the beach requires some long walk on a wooden bridge, the entrance to the bridge was flooded so not too pleasant. Once you are on the beach, head to UXUA bar, it has nice sun beds and chairs and you can use them for free if you consume there. The other bars to the right of the beach are not nice at all, even though all offer chairs and umbrellas.

It is a nice beach but not that special. Compared to the beach in front of club med , I prefer it over there. By the way, I don't understand why anyone would pay so much for this UxUA hotel. It is not even on the beach apart from the bar which is open to the public as well.
