We were 5 colleagues and rent a private boat. Was a great trip also t a place with real Indians, other place to fish a little and more. 70 Real incl. good lunch and drinks.

You can stay there, in a boat , but it´s not easy to perceive the waters´different colour. My advise is just take a plane (there are alot of agencies that fly over Manaus, surroundings and even Anavilhanas) and be sure the breathtaking view Is worth...More

The meeting of Solimoes and Negro rivers is a wonderful landscape. It is possible undestand well why the waters do not mix. A beuatiful place with people very politeness and interesting.

if you want to get an impression of a Amzonas river cruise without travelling for for 2-3 days, get a boat tour from Manaus or a Hotel / Lodge at Rio Negro.

If you have travelled to Manaus you have to see the meeting of the waters. Lots of local tour operators are available to take you out to see this.

Line was a little blurry on 8 of August, but when we went on 16 of August it really was a straight line. A lot off small boats and traffic all day andd night

Easiest way is to take a ( cheap) taxi. Agree a price beforehand, make sure the driver knows the destination first. Arm your self with a map!

In keeping with the above answers, I would say you probably wont have enough time to do what you would like. That trip tends to take 4-5 hours and the distance back to the airport from where you are going you wont have... More
