When we arrived at 12:00 noon, most of the shop inside was closed. It was an old market inside shopping street.

I like this market a lot. The food there is cheap and local. And, the cheese buns there are must-try, super tasty, and only 180 jpy per one!

A street market with stalls and small shops mainly for fresh meat, fishes and vegetables, extremely well prepared and displayed. Food in small restaurants are tasty, inexpensive and diverse.

Worth a visit. Never disappointed with japanese market. Good selection of fruits and vegetables and seafood! All fresh and yummy. Can have breakfast or lunch there. They are all linked, one lane to the other and in no time you will reach the train station.
