I have been here several times with my wife doing genealogy research.....impressive for a small town.....the lady running the museum was charming and helpful....a lot of historical gems hidden here.....go visit !

Not to exciting but it's always interesting to see the history of an area, it's not far from Clarkston and the town is cute along the Snake River. Is has two very nice parks. if you keep going you'll end up in Joseph, Or. This...More

The town of Asotin should be proud of this hidden treasure, The Asotin County Museum is open Tuesday through Saturday, from 10-2, March 15 through October 15. It can also be open by appointment. If you want a tour, I believe one can be arranged...More

Displays are on 2 floors with no elevator. Outside and severl old bldgs that that have been moved to the site...an old school, old river boat, cabins etc Worth a visit spend at least 1 hour
