Very serene and sombre place for reflection on.this Memorial for victims of the 9/11 tragedy which affected the Pentagon.on that day. Memorial beautifully preserved and worth a visit. To.get there, use either Blue Metro line to Pentagon and then walk.to the Memorial which is well.sign posted.

    Pentagon Memorial
The Pentagon memorial honors 184 people who were killed at the Pentagon on 9/11. It is open to public the whole week. Each Memorial Unit contains a pool, the units are organized per the birth year of each victim. This place is very emotional.

Glad we stopped at this memorial, which is not often included in a DC itinerary. The artists’ concept for memorializing those that lost their lives to the evil terrorists is quite interesting. I am also glad to have seen the Pentagon up close. While not architecturally interesting, its size is memorable.

Touching. As many think back on this day of terror, never forget who and what was lost or taken. Hoe many times I here stories of where people were at that moment.

With the focus on the twin towers, it's easy to forget that the tragedy of 9/11 hit the Pentagon on the same day. This memorial makes a good effort at ensuring that is not forgotten. It is an appropriate memorial if out of the way from other, gramder DC area memorials.

The memorial was not what I expected given I had been to the 9-11 memorial in NYC, but it was respectfully done and well worth the visit.

The Pentagon Memorial is not quite what I expected but was a really nice memorial to those who lose their lives on 9/11. I think at night it is probably stunning with the light on the water. It is a pretty decent walk from the Mall parking.

A very beautiful tribute to the people who died on the plane and on the ground. The benches with names of victims is very moving. This is a must see if you’re in DC.

This was a great place to visit in remembrance to the 9 11 victims at The Pentgon. It is a bit of a walk, but consider it is one of the most secure areas in the region.
