Unfortunately many Arlington tourists/visitors overlook this wonderful tribute. Consider taking time from your day to learn about these patriotic women. You'll learn more than you thought you would, I'm certain. RIP Specialist Nicole Frye, KIA, Feb, 2004, Iraq. From Lena, WI.

This is off to the right from the main administration building where you buy tickets. We (my wife and our two boys, 16 and 18) only stopped in for few minutes as we were short on time but we would spend more time next time we visit. Lots of information, some excellent history and well presented (exhibits, film clips, artifacts,... More

Women have played an essential part in every war. You'll discover the roles and contributions they've made at this museum. The architecture is beautiful! An informative way to end your trip to the Arlington National Cemetery. Restrooms are located in this building. There is no parking in from of the museum, but available at the parking lot for the Arlington... More

This is a must see if in Arlington. Women are an important part of our service and it is a shame this memorial took so long and so much to get it up and running. Honor the mothers, daughters, grandmothers and granddaughters who fight for our freedom.

Is my third visit to the Women's MSA Memorial. THEY have rotating and changing exhibits so there is new things every visit. This time, Memorial Day weekend, with a special ARMOR DOWN program in recognition of recently lost servicemembers since 9/11. Adds a significant and important dimension to the Arlington National Cemetery experience. GO! if you have a chance.

This memorial features a huge number of artifacts of women's contributions to military service which dates all the way back to the Revolutionary War. There are places where you can sit and watch short movies about various aspects of women in the military such as Viet Nam nurses. There are numerous displays of how the uniforms have changed over the... More

My daughter had her promotion ceremony and luncheon here today. It was my first visit to this memorial and I was so impressed. This memorial is a great tribute to all women in the military. It MUST NOT be overlooked when visiting Washington DC especially if visiting Arlington Cemetery as it is located right at the entrance. I highly recommend... More
