What a fun little tour! Our guide Trey was helpful and knowledgeable and friendly! We didn't have a lot of time and this tour gave us a whole lot of history in a small amount of time! Would definitely recommend!

Brent the tour guide was brilliant and very knowledgeable. Was disappointed that when we did the dine tasting at both vineyards fresh glasses wasn’t provided for each wine.

Ike was the most personal tour guide we've ever had! There were 10 of us on the tour and he learned all of our names immediately. He addressed every one of us multiple times throughout the tour. The sites were great and the inside and outside of the capital was beautiful! I would highly recommend this tour!!

This was a great way to learn about music venues in Austin from people who know. We visited 3 different venues with different atmospheres and types of music. Guides were knowledgeable, friendly and it was nice to ride in a van/bus and have someone drop you at the door.

The tour was a great chance to learn a bit about downtown Austin as well as to visit a few breweries and a distillery. The selection of locations was excellent. The best part I’d the tour was our guide Evan. He was very knowledgeable and very personable, and made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!

Rachel, what's the deal. The night food tour was given in a car with no heat on an evening in the 30s. Late start, bad info on where to meet the last minute replacement guide (who did his best).
Hello!
I'm so sorry, I don't understand this query. We don't have a Rachel or a night tour, nor do we operate in cars. Could this be a different company? I want to help you figure this out! I can be reached on my cell - 512-987-6022.
Thank you and hope we can figure out what happened.

Hi, My friend and I are travelling to Austin in August. We are not sure whether to book the Hill Country and BBQ shuttle or the private tour. I don’t drink wine, so it will be just my friend doing the tasting which I thought might be weird if there are only 2 of us. What are the differences between the shuttle and private (beside being private)? What would you recommend? Thanks
I would do the shuttled regardless. The information is given to you at the winery so all you need is transportation. Even if you don’t drink wine the tours are very interesting.
I see that the 4:30 p.m. tour on Sunday, June 17th is booked. Can I be added to a wait list in case someone cancels? This would be for me and my son. Thank you!
Hello! Yes, you can, Kristyn our Office Manager can be contacted about this because I don't have your contact details here. She can be reached at 512-962-8636.
Thanks!

Hello! I am in town for a couple of days and would like to take my family on a tour of Austin, Texas. I would like to know what type of vehicle we will be riding in for the tour and does it have air conditioning?
Howdy!
Thanks for contacting us, we'd love to meet you on a tour!
We don't sell tickets by the age, just by the seat. I will say though if we know a baby or toddler is coming, we try to comp one more seat as I know car seats take up a lot of room and we want it to be comfortable for everyone. Unfortunately we completely sell out of most of our Real Austin tours, so we aren't always able to do this but typically Sundays are the best bet. I have 2 two year olds and so I can appreciate you wanting to know how it will work up front.
Thanks for reaching out and I hope you can join us!

Hello and thanks for contacting us! Yes, the Hilton Hotel is right across the street from the Austin Visitor Center, where our daytime tours depart from, and our evening tours actually leave from there. Also nearby is the Courtyard and Residence Inn (Marriotts) and most other downtown hotels are pretty close.
Hope to see you in April!

Going to be in Austin in October and staying in the downtown area. I would like to book a tour to the LBJ Ranch, Or other interesting tours for someone who is in a wheel chair.
We have had many clients with wheelchairs and would be very happy to work with you. Please contact us at 512 962 8636 to discuss further. We look forward to meeting you on one of tours!
