I first came upon the from the north shore and got a picture of his back. There next day I saw the front. A fun stop on a beautiful hike.

The SRV statue is nestled beside a quiet lake along a walking and bike path. Watch out for the lunatic bikers! The workmanship is amazing and fitting for this guitar God.

I am not a die hard fan of Stevie Ray Vaughan but visiting the beautiful Riverside Park on a sunny March day in Austin and viewing the statue honoring his musical legacy is a must see!
