What an oasis to discover on a hot Austin afternnon. The air temperature was 105 and the water temperature was 72. So refreshing!

We visited Barton Springs on a blistering day in August and it really enjoyed it. I have not been here for at least 30 years and it was cool, clean and beautiful! We enjoyed and even returned for a night swim until 9 p.m.

NO food. NO alcohol. NO smoking. ONLY water. Take RIDESHARE. Parking is very limited. Respect the staff they are there to save your life. People drown at this pool. RESPECT THE STAFF. The reason for no food or sugary drinks... More
