    Great experience for children
Make sure to get your tickets ahead of time since the tours are only a couple times a day. The 30 minute tour is PERFECT for young kids. The tour guides are informed, fun and great for children! We’ve come twice now and will continue to come again!

    Amazing Adventure
Amazing Adventure! We arrived for our hour tour durring a torrential down pour. Our tour guide Ethan was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Since our small group of 3, 2 adults and grandson 8 were the only ones scheduled were had the bonus of a private tour. The dinosaurs filled the warehouse so many to see and touch. We went on a weekday afternoon so the warehouse was actively working on multiple new creations. The time went swiftly all questions asked and answered. I would suggest the 1/2 hour tour for under 8 . Perfect way to spend time with the grandkids

Great tour- perfect for out of town guests! Don't miss it
I had visited the facility with my 2 & 4 yr. old grandchildren, & they loved it. When we had some family in from out of town, I thought they'd enjoy it. There were 4 of us, 3 being special needs. Our guide was great at explaining everything & answering all our questions- really knowledgeable. The tour was a good pace & took a little over an hour. Our guide took group photos of us & let us touch several of the displays. They have a good gift shop as well. The warehouse is not air conditioned, so a little warm ( we visited in August), but not terrible. Definitely would return with guests!

A unique tour of a facility that makes animatronic dinosaurs and bugs for customers around world. Our tour guide, Michael, did an excellent job of explaining the process and was especially knowledgeable about dinosaurs in general. A great your that only takes about an hour of your time.

My husband and I declare this experience as a MUST for everyone. We took 2 teenagers and 1 adult grandchild to the private tour of Billings Dinosaur Productions. We all were amazed at the number of dinosaurs that we saw, but especially the careful detail to accuracy that the company has made.

Since they have 30 minutes tour/activities available for younger children, we'll take our 5 yr. old grandson later.

They also are set up for birthday parties.

We took our 2 grandsons (ages 3 & 4) for storyhour & a tour. The facility was very clean and nicely laid out. My only complaint was that the books that they read were both about insects (no dinosaurs??) and they were too advanced for their audience of toddlers. I did notice that they sell age appropriate stories in their gift shop that would be short and simple for this age group, but the ones they read didn't hold the children's attention - which is hard to do with toddlers anyway. Maybe even read one with a dinosaur or bug puppet...these work wonders in keeping little ones attention.
After the storytime, we were lead into the warehouse where all the large dinosaurs and bugs are stored. They were great! I only wish they had given us more of a "tour" with information about their company, the building of these animatronics, the people who work there, who they make them for, etc. I think the adults would have found this very interesting and possibly inspire some of these little ones for future careers. They basically just let us roam on our own, take photos, etc, but didn't give us any information- disapointing.
Afterwards, we did a few crafts, but nobody at the tables to help the children or encourage them - basically color sheets, cut and glue projects, which was fine, but our 2 toddlers weren't very interested.
We visited the nicely stocked gift shop which had great assortment of books, toys, etc. The employees there were all very nice, I could see so much more potential for a memorable day for our little ones.

Grandson and I made a Dino tooth to take home and toured the facility. You can get up close look at the design and construction of the dinosaurs under construction and in finished state. Get to see how they make skin patterns was cool. You and your littles will enjoy it.

I booked the tour for my 10 year old grand daughter’s birthday. Her 7 year old sister accompanied our party of 5 adults. Livy the Tour Guide was a very nice young lady and did an excellent job. I honestly think the adults enjoyed it more than the kids! Highly recommend this for all ages.
