North Central Ohio. Miles of rolling, rural roads with beautiful scenery ranging from pastoral farmland and forest to nautical Lake Erie shoreline. Route highlights local history (Underground Railroad), culture, arts and healthy food options. Four wineries along the route. Route covers several small towns in Lorain County including Oberlin, Wellington, Vermilion and Avon Lake. Combine biking with a kayak trip on the Black River, hiking at Findley State Park.

Several detours we had to work around and path is marked somewhat average, have to really watch where you are going. Scenery is excellent.More
