You can see this building from every angle of the city which has a restaurant at the top which rotates slowly where you can see different views of the city while dining and at the entrance you can find a shopping mall with famous brands.

Atakule has been the icon of Ankara in 90s, yet it is more abandoned and empty nowadays.. most of the shops have been closed and after so many malls are opened all over Ankara, it lost its lure. There used to be rotating restaurant on the top of the tower, perhaps it is still functional. I would still recommend it... More

must see towers of the city to have a 360 degree of the city. Unfortunately it is under renovation and I look forward to see the tower under operation and looks for all tourists coming to Ankara to visit here

The observation tower in Cankaya is the best place to make a view to Ankara. You can see 360 Degree view from this tower. This will be an amazing event in this place. The construction work of a shopping mall is on going in the territory. This is the disadvantage of the tower.

This place is being renovated at the moment. Judging by the project posters, I can't wait to see how Atakule will transform by next year. Many great childhood memories of dining at the rotating restaurant on the top of the tower. It was a good idea to renovate this spot.

The elevators are always full to reach the top...and to descend. You are in an area of the city known as Cankaya. (pronounced Chankaiya) You can gaze over the entire city of Ankara. Beautiful.

This used to be a high end shopping center with a top rotating restaurant. It offers a wonderful view of Ankara region, unfortunately it is closed at the moment, being restorated. It would be a nice place to visit when it opens again. Both night and day views are really nice.

this is the oldest shopping center in ankara which is famous for its roof sight. you can watch all ankara from this tower. i wont recommend for shopping because there are lots of big and new ones everywhere. However the scenery at the roof is excellent and it deserves a visit.
