It's a lovely little museum only 15 Scr entrance, very informative and it's obvious the Islands are trying to keep them environmentally friendly. Easy to see with the huge Saltwater croc? outside opposite a Dugong? And of course the airon is very welcome on a hot day.

I loved this compact but informationally rich museum. I learned a great deal about the unique flora and fauna of the Seychelles. The interactive displays, dioramas and models were very attractively presented and there were interactive flourishes such as the push button bird calls for forest dwelling birds, coastal dwelling birds and so on and so forth. I really appreciated... More

classic small town museum with displays of stuffed animals and info panel all looking a bit tired, dated and ad hoc but the geology section was really good with lots of maps and samples showing how the Seychelles came to be in the middle of the ocean and also historical 4 km deep petroleum drill holes!

Tiny Museum, though has some interesting artifacts. Two floors and central location means convenient after meetings in the area.

Had hoped to visit this museum but it is currently closed for renovation. Best to check if it is open before planning a visit as there is precious little else to see in Victoria apart from the gardens,

Worth a visit, especially if you have young children. A relatively small museum but with a fair amount of information on Seychelles flora and fauna.
